ABOUT MJ RAILTON

MJ Railton (She/Her) is a multi-talented actress, singer, dancer, and model from Lakeville, Minnesota. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Minnesota State University, Mankato, where she performed in productions such as Mamma Mia, Hair, Slasher, and The Wolves.

Beyond performing, MJ is an accomplished choreographer with experience working across Minneapolis and its surrounding areas. Her choreographic credits include The Little Mermaid Jr., Frozen Jr., Shrek The Musical, The Addams Family, Lily’s Purple Plastic Purse, and Heathers. She has collaborated with a variety of theatrical companies, bringing her creative vision and leadership to each production.

Now based in North Hollywood, CA, MJ continues to refine her craft through advanced training at Millennium Dance Complex, The Groundlings School (Basic Improv), vocal coaching, and on-camera workshops. She remains dedicated to expanding her artistic range and honing her skills in both stage and screen performance.

Outside of her work in entertainment, MJ is also a visual artist, creating and selling her artwork as part of her personal business. Additionally, she has worked as a makeup artist for numerous theatrical productions and has experience in product sales and brand representation.
